In an unexpected move, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a fourth all-program draw for the year, considering candidates from Canadian Experience Class (CEC), Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), and Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) under the Express Entry system.
During an atypical week between Express Entry draws, IRCC issued 7,000 invitations for the second consecutive draw, following the largest all-program in Express Entry history on March 15, 2023.
The latest draw invited Express Entry candidates with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 484, a six-point decrease from the previous draw’s cut-off score (minimum CRS score of 490). Express Entry candidates still in the pool can anticipate another draw in approximately two weeks.
